Returns and refunds.

If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us promptly with your booking details and we will arrange assessment, repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

Change-of-mind returns on opened hardware are assessed case by case and may attract a restocking fee. Unopened accessories may be returnable within 14 days of purchase when sold separately from an installation package.
